Date: Thursday June 1st  (Rain Date: Thursday June 8th)

 

We are looking for parent volunteers to help us make this a great day for our students!  We are asking volunteers to fill the slots at various stations throughout the day to help facilitate each station as each class comes through.  Classes will visit each station for 15 minutes.  The students are familiar with all the activities, but we need adults to provide some guidance and reminders for each class.  Rules will be provided at each station as to how they work.  The sign-ups will have you at a station for 30 minutes (2 classes), but parents are welcome to sign up for multiple times slots throughout the day. It helps if you are able to arrive at a station a few minutes early so you can communicate with the previous volunteers as to how the activities went and were managed.  

 

Please note: Some primary stations in the morning will have some of our 4th & 5th grade students there to help lead stations.  We are asking our adult volunteers to help support the student leaders.

 

Primary Grades (Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd) will have Field Day in the morning from 9:45am-11:45am

 

Intermediate Grades (3rd, 4th, 5th) will have Field Day in the afternoon from 12:45pm-3:15pm
