New UMBC Partnership Supports Student Achievement
and Leadership

HCPSS recently signed a new partnership agreement with the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Under the terms of the agreement, UMBC will work with HCPSS to provide an after school mentor group at Bellows Spring Elementary School, support college and career readiness initiatives, offer athletic coaching clinics, and opportunities to attend UMBC athletic contests.
