Want to Volunteer or Visit BSES?

In accordance with the HCPSS Board Policy, all volunteers must complete the Confidentiality Training Course about protecting the privacy of our students, staff, and schools. In addition, all non-staff members who will be in the building and interacting with students must be trained in the HCPSS Child Abuse and Neglect reporting procedures.     We are asking that all parents/guardians review the brief power point slideshows outlining your responsibilities with regard to confidentiality and child abuse reporting. After reviewing the power point for each, please print the certificate for each (below), sign it, and return it to the front office.      Confidentiality Training Certificate of Completion    Child Abuse and Neglect Certificate Of Completion    All visitors and volunteers must check in at the front office upon arrival.
